Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching for midlife and beyond
You have spent years showing up for the people and responsibilities in your life. You have adapted, problem-solved, and kept things moving. And now, something is changing, sometimes all at once.
When life begins to rearrange itself
Some changes arrive with your roles. You may be caring for an aging parent, or adjusting to life after a parent's passing and the shift it brings to your place in the family. Your children may have left home, and the house, and your days, feel different.
Some changes arrive with your work. A position ends unexpectedly. You choose to begin a new career. Or retirement arrives, and the structure that shaped your days for decades falls away, leaving you to decide what comes next.
Some changes arrive with place. You may be moving, downsizing, or letting go of a home that held an entire chapter of your life.
And some changes are quieter. You catch your reflection and wonder who you are now. You may feel pulled to hold on to a younger version of yourself, or you may sense an invitation to step more fully into who you have become.
Embracing the whole of who you are
This stage of life is not about shrinking or chasing who you used to be. It can be a time to embrace the full self: your experience, your wisdom, your changing body, and the parts of you that were set aside while you took care of everything else. Many people find that this is when they begin to truly focus on themselves, sometimes for the first time.
Coaching offers a dedicated space to do exactly that.
Coaching as a partnership
Coaching is a thought-provoking, collaborative process. You bring your experience, your strengths, and what matters most to you. I bring thoughtful questions, honest reflection, and a structure that helps you move from insight to action. Each session is a dialogue. Together we clarify your vision, draw on what already works for you, and identify next steps that are genuinely yours.
I don't hand you answers. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you see it more clearly, trust what you know, and act on it with confidence.
What can shift
- Clarity about what matters now and what you want next
- Confidence in the decisions in front of you
- A renewed sense of purpose and direction
- Steadier energy and resilience as you navigate change
- A fuller, more accepting relationship with who you are today
How we work together
01 Discovery conversation. A complimentary 20-minute conversation to explore what brings you to coaching and whether we are a good fit.
02 Assessment and vision session. Each coaching program includes the Hogan Assessment, which offers objective insight into your strengths, your values, and the patterns that can get in your way under pressure. We explore your results together and clarify your vision for this chapter. If you have questions about the assessment, we can talk them through during your discovery conversation.
03 Ongoing coaching. Regular sessions that combine reflection, dialogue, and action. Between sessions, you try small, meaningful steps in your own life, and we build on what you learn.
04 Integration. We look at what has changed, what you have learned, and how you will carry it forward.
Coaching is available in 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month programs and can focus on your personal life, your professional life, or both.
This chapter can be one of the most meaningful of your life. If you are ready to shape it with intention, let's talk.
